![]() Version of the game must be 1.1 and Depth set to 0% in the Graphics tab in Citra configuration. Performance Tweaksīelow are cheat codes to improve performance(credits to mikewii7). Some effects like monster roars, flash/sonic bombs will cause huge fps drop when running above native(240p) resolution. Since the game renders in stereoscopic 3D, the game runs slow even on powerful hardware and you will experience another kind of blurriness in all 3D scenes, which is like ghosting but these can be fixed on game version v1.1 using cheat codes below. However, some cutscenes are completely blurry due to gas rendering issue. Teo chest has points into handicraft too, so it's easier to mix those two into a set.Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate doesn’t seem to have major graphical or audio issues on Citra in most areas, and you can finish the game. It's five extra raw, one ko a hunt in a good run (worth a fair amount), and faster sheathing (which can result in at least one extra attack on 140 raj, it's actually pretty good but requores some pretty solid play to make use of). The nat purple ones are flexible as hell, but I only ever go with razor sharp on hame sets, where I know that I need that extra purple uptime. ![]() Honed blade is ideal with a relic that has edgemaster slots, otherwise I probably wouldn't try to squeeze it in. One for jho/raj, one that's pure raw, and one that includes hge. I made several gs sets, and I'd suggest the doing the same. It's also a matter of what skills you can fit onto a set, and challenger I find harder to mix in with the others. Weakness exploit is pretty amazing for gs, personally I'd rank it as au > weak expl > challenger. Can't really comment much on that one, sorry. Off the top of my head teo benefits from it pretty greatly. As Affinity is easier to build in MHW Iceborne, Master Touch will guarantee an unlimited Sharpness boost if you use it right. This is to get you at least three pieces of this armor set for Master Touch. Hge, while great, is again kind of situational. MHW Lance Build - Armor Set After Early master rank, you can quickly rush to the Teostra by joining Investigation, or start out the hunt yourself. Zin you might want sheath control or at least punish draw for, for the extra raw and at least one ko. Doable though, so that's something to consider. With raj, you can forego trem resist, but it's very hard to get as consistent a kill time without it. For jho, I'd say absolutely run with trem resist. ![]() Jho and raj massively benefit from tremor resist, as that opens up so many attack opportunites. Razor sharp or s+1 giving an extra 20 purple would do the exact same thing, so whether you go with honed blade or razor sharp depends on what you can fit onto a set, which depends on your charms, and more specifically, which monster you're using it on. Iirc, the relic gs with innate purple can't be increased by using s+1. I have a lot of ridiculous endgame charms and relics but I have so much difficulty with making a greatsword set because you usually have to sacrifice certain skills due to the Focus and Crit draw requirements. 3 slot weapon, uka mask X, gx hunters armor, miralis grievers, gx hunter's base, torso up legs, atk+14 2 slot gives: ATK+L,crit draw, rock steady (earplugs+minor tremor/knockback resist),weakness exploit, focus, peak performance. Should I get either Weakness Exploit or Challenger +2? Should I perhaps try to get both? I intend to use either AUXL or Honed Blade with one of these skills, or should I give up AUXL/Honed entirely to make way for both WE and Challenger+2?Īre HG earplugs and Tremor Resist worth it? I know it's monster specific, but am I better off sacrificing damage/sharpness skills to obtain one of these? If so, which should be the first skill I boot? If you have a strong enough attack charm, you can make some absurd mixed sets using it. However would I be better off using razor sharp on the innate 20 purple, sharpness +1/Honed Blade for 40 purple, or just stick with 20 innate purple without any sharpness modifiers? Is 20 purple enough for a hunt? Am I just wasting skill points where I can use more useful ones? I have a few perfect relics and I'm finding it difficult deciding which skills truly are best for each. ![]() I'm trying to figure out what would be optimal for one or two GS sets endgame. ![]()
